It’s a birthday bash at the Markets this Saturday, November 7. Red Stick Farmers Market celebrates 13 years in the Baton Rouge community, while Main Street Market turns 7 years old. The Arts Market will also be there with a celebration of their own-11 years in downtown!  Celebration Festivities will include the cake cutting ceremony at 9 AM, face painting by Liz Lopes, musical entertainment by the Lagniappe Dulcimer Society, Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration by Chef Dardenne of DeAngelo’s, fall garden advice from Baton Rouge Master Gardeners, a Kid’s Garden Tent hosted by LSU horticulture students, and harvest item giveaways at the coffee booth!
